• Roberto Sarotto Gavi- from Piedmont. Light, fresh wine with floral notes. Perfect as an aperitif.
• Mabis Biscardo Oropasso - almost dangerous drinkability, aromatic purity and exceptional value for money. Delicate floral and fresh fruit notes.
• Gorgo Custoza - Produced in the fashionable Bianco di Custoza region this organic white wine has a delicate nose of apples and honeysuckle.
