INFO: The Lyrarakis estate is a family vineyard and winery which has been producing high quality wines since 1966. The emphasis is on indigenous wines from the Island.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards located between 650m and 850m, producing a high quality low yield harvest. The grapes then underwent a gentle 8 day maceration with a small percentage whole bunch fermented.. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and stablisation for 4 months before being filtered.

The resulting wines have an intoxicating nose of cherries and wild berries with a smooth palate,  well integrated tannins and a juicy finish
