INFO: This fantastic Monastrell has a secret and that is that it has no alcohol. Made like normal wine with 5-10 days skin maceration for full juicy flavours and then the alcohol extracted in an innovative way to retain the classic characters of the wine. It is dark cherry in colour, with a fruity nose bursting with blackberries, cherries and a hint of spice. On the palate the fruit is fresh and juicy with ripe berry notes.
