INFO: The vines for this wine are planted on steep slopes facing south by south-east. The grapes are hand picked and gently pressed in a pneumatic press before fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 11 months on lees, 10% new barrel, 30% 2-5 Year old barrels and 60% stainless steel. Full bodied and generous with sweet ripeness on the palate balanced by good acidity.
