Made like normal wine with the alcohol extracted in an innovative way to retain the classic characters of the wine. It is pale yellow in colour, with a bright floral nose and citrus character. On the palate the fruit is fresh and juicy with notes of lemon and clementine with juicy apples balanced with a crisp acidity.
