INFO: A ripe, fruit-driven white they’ve been making for over 40 years. Naturally fermented in stainless steel with a touch of barrel ageing. White peach, pear, yellow apple and lemon thyme lead into a soft, rounded palate with a gentle spice on the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, spring veg and soft cheese
